::Friendly company but minimum wage and only "20 days" holidays a year, I would not want to start working there. Especially vacation is important to me in stressful times to be able to recover. Health is the most important thing you have. I will not work for anyone who only offers the minimum wage and vacation. If you are no longer worth the labor then no one should find more for it.
