  Large offer of products, not just ice creams, they have smoothies, fresh fruit, chocolate. I didn't like the cream

  Quick, efficient service; friendly staff and a lovely variety of ice cream. Plus it is right at the Jülich City centre.

  Best ice cream in Jülich! Plenty of vegan flavors. On a sunny day it’s nice to sit outside with a large sundae. We come here frequently and the service is quick and friendly.

  Before it was a top rating now it is a flop. We were there around 20,25 tonight Friday 13th. No customers were in the entrance area, just the 2 waitresses and the people behind the counter. We were greater with a Hello what can I get you, sofar so good. But I do not go often enough and wanted to see what they had, so said sorry I do not come here often and would like to see what flavours you have. The person behind the counter replied with option A:- no problem, what are you interested flavours B:- and? You guessed ,option B, he just said "and", no personality skills, so sad. Well there you have it, another customer lost.
