  Maybe some of you know this... you suddenly have a huge appetite for a piece of cake. A really bad idea for a Sunday afternoon because nothing is open. But then I remembered the ice cream parlor. It was just before 5 p.m. and there was actually a larger selection of different cakes. I chose apple strudel and plum cake. 2 pieces of cake. 2 pieces... and they asked for €9.40!!!!! When I said, "It's pretty expensive," the staff replied snidely, "I don't set the prices!" I didn't have to take it with me. But I had such a big appetite for cake that I took the cake with me. Given the price, I expected super delicious cake. What can I say? The apple strudel was simply thawed, the apple mixture was watery and the dough was sticky. Despite the hefty price, the piece ended up in the trash after the first bite. Only the piece of plum cake (which was probably just thawed) was able to satisfy my appetite for cake. It will definitely be my first and last time buying cakes there.

  We have been couple of time .The waiter was always rude. Kids usually like kugel icecream and even it was Winter we were not allowed to be inside. " Go and eat outside" , even there were so many seats and place avaliable. Today we bought icecream and sit outside , it was also :" Go away , you are not allowed it is only for those who order by menu". Even if it is such waiters can explain and tell it politely. If I would be a boss of such place will never ever have such a worker, so rude. Instead of offering something from menu with a smile and make us want to order something such a rude attitude (((
