::Bad planning. The staff is very helpful and friendly, but they can't save it. - This market has too many goods in aisles that are far too narrow. You come with it Barely able to get through the shopping cart. As soon as there are three people at the sausage counter, you can't get around the corner. - The same with empties, where there is only one machine. It is not clear to customers what to do when an error is displayed. This means it takes even longer to hand in your empties. - On Saturday afternoon there were still a lot of boxes in the narrow aisles because of shelf service. That was too much, we didn't even bother looking for everything. That's just annoying. - There were only two open cash registers, far too few during peak times.

::Mostly very young staff. This is the worst staff ever. Everyone is completely indifferent to the customer. Lines form across the store at two checkouts. Three employees come to the other cash registers, take cash boxes and disappear again. Third cash register missing. There was no response even to calls from the queue and requests for a third checkout. Instead, the staff talked to each other and hugged each other. The customer is not interested. The employees shuffle through the hallways (don't feel like working anyway).

::It couldn't be worse! If I want to buy non-alcoholic beer on sale, I always have to order first and then pick it up a few days later. Then you first have to find staff who talk to you or understand you. At the checkout a young guy slouches in his chair, types in the wrong prices, tears out the receipt, crumples it up and then wants money from me because he typed something wrong, even though I had already paid with a card. When a colleague came to help, made the cancellation and gave me the paper to sign for the incorrectly debited money, I asked for a pen and was told that I could scratch it with my fingernail. Without words! I definitely won't shop there again.

::Favorite place to go for groceries and other toiletries and things if needed. Great selection of produce and meats and anything else you could need or want to get. Staff is cheerful and helpful if needed. Small parking lot out front but, there is also a parking garage that can be used below the store with an elevator or stairs up to the ground floor to go shopping.
