::Was treated extremely disrespectfully today by an employee with short hair and glasses. As someone who works in retail myself, I find this impossible and in the future I will prefer to shop at Lidl (even though it is 10 minutes further away) or Edeka Kutsche in the city center. At least there are self-service bakeries there, the shelves aren't always empty and there aren't any false prices given :) The only good thing about the shop is the young woman with blonde hair and the young man with brown hair, who are always friendly. They deserve a raise or a better market...

::Unfortunately there is no alternative in Holzhausen. There has been no fresh meat and cheese counter for a few weeks and recently many shelves have remained empty. This morning there was e.g. B. no more quark 20%. Particularly unfortunate for customers who are not mobile.

::No more fresh meat counters, poorly sorted and cleared shelves if there was anything in stock at all. Frustrated employees, no wonder no one wants to work there anymore. The only people who feel sorry are the customers who don't own a vehicle. Dear Mr. Gartmann, you have finally lost me as a customer.

::Unfortunately you can't give zero stars otherwise I would have done that. From time to time I came back with the hope of improvement, but was completely disappointed again and again! Yesterday on a Saturday at around 3:30 p.m. the meat counter was already half cleared and there was hardly anything fresh available! When I asked if there would be slices of pork belly, they said no and told me they only had it in one piece. Despite politely asking me if I could cut slices out of it, that wasn't possible! According to the "expert" behind the meat counter, the machine had already been cleaned and cutting the piece was no longer possible. Good service looks different to me!!!
