  There is an older saleswoman who insults customers. It is terribly rude.

  Never experienced such a cheek. Personal insults his customers never buy from Eckert again. The man should be locked up for his behavior

  Terrible service: slow & unfriendly. I told the cashier that I was in a bit of a hurry (smiling! In a friendly, even apologetic manner - in German), and they told me "that maybe I should have left earlier". Almost left my purchases there on the spot - horrible way to address a paying customer.
