  Very professional and friendly. Was there for a teeth cleaning and periodontal disease consultation. I was shown a clear treatment path and the teeth cleaning was very thorough. If I didn't change my place of residence, this would be my new regular dentist. I was very pleased

  Absolutely unfriendly! I called this practice yesterday morning for my friend and was given an appointment that was listed as an EMERGENCY (severe pain on a root canal treated tooth). When we got there we started getting looks down. I explained again the reason why we are there. Since my friend's health insurance card was broken, we brought a piece of paper from the health insurance company that confirmed that he had health insurance. Unfortunately, we overlooked the small print expiry date, which had expired. The piece of paper was slapped on our backs and we were literally told: "With this piece of paper you can resign straight away!" I offered to collect the new confirmation from the health insurance company immediately or to submit the proof later and asked that my friend be treated, who could hardly stand the pain anymore! I was laughed at and the doctor's assistant said that wouldn't work and that they would be closing in an hour anyway. We came to this practice in a friendly manner, we even had an appointment - and yes, I am only 17 years old and my boyfriend can tell that he has no German roots - BUT I expect the respect that adults also expect from me! That was just outrageous, disrespectful and also a failure to help! (Refusing treatment for acute pain is inadmissible and may even be a criminal offense, Section 323c StGB [Failure to provide assistance]) I'm still considering reporting this case to the medical association! I would not recommend this practice to anyone!!

  At first glance I like the clinic because it is nice and the guest chair is very comfortable :) the doctors are friendly and careful. They give me good suggestions for brushing my teeth
