::I was satisfied with the treatment, and Ms. Glaub also took some of my fear of the dentist away. However, I have to deduct a few stars here due to obvious errors in advice. My private health insurance company differentiates between tooth preservation and dentures. The doctor should know this or ask about this before writing a large bill, that's what my insurance told me. During a previous treatment, I received a promise to cover the cost of dentures. Until now it was unclear to me that there is a difference between receipt and replacement (who can even see through that). Several requests for consultation or changes were answered with a reminder and I therefore have to pay several hundred euros for the treatment. I realize that this was ultimately a mistake on my part because I should have requested an estimate. But dental assistant Schlang's statement that one patient makes more or less no difference shows how patient-oriented the practice is. There is also often a very rough tone in practice.
