  Visit here on Saturday due to unexpected symptoms and after treatment, I had to listen to doctor scolding me asking why I came here instead of local hospital (hausarzt) with that acute symptoms. Well, no hospitals open on Saturday, I came there after following all the instruction from my last doctor's appointment and it didn't work at all, and explained all my medical history fully. I completely understand that emergency room is absolutely hectic 24/7 and docs are extra busy during COVID, but it would've been better if they gave me a better instruction than 'don't come to our hospital with that little acute symptoms, find specialist before coming here,' and completely ignoring that it was weekend and all the years of trials that i went throigh in dealing with the symptoms with specialists. Treatment was outstanding, but very disappointing experience for sure.

  RACIST!!!! AVOID IF YOU DON'T SPEAK GERMAN! The guy at the front desk (has tattoos on both arms) yelled at me YOU ARE IN GERMANY SPEAK GERMAN when I was trying to explain that I have a fast pulse (tachycardia). I was about to lose my consciousness. I thought I was having a heart attack and I tried to show it with my hands. He doesn't need to know English to understand I have a problem with my heart. Just racist... So sad... I never had an experience like this in Berlin. If you read this : I think it is not the best situation to give anyone a "lecture" about speaking German you racist..

  This was a truly singular experience! A wasp sting on my tongue started a swelling and I just managed to get to the hospital on time: I couldn´t swallow and could hardly breathe. The Red Cross Hospital in Wedding couldn´t have been better: fast, highly efficient, above all, friendly and competent. My thanks to the doc, reception and nursing staff. I was able to leave on the same day and .... have no after effects! PS I left out that it´s also squeaky clean!

  Very rude and unrespectful personal. I felt very uncomfortable and unpleasant during my treatment there and I have absolutely regretted choosing this hospital for my surgery.

  I have been to this hospital at eleven at night, through emergency door and I could have never imagined they would treat me so nicely and quickly! Also on the inside it is pretty new, it's easy to see they have very good equipments.
