  Very unfriendly employee at the reception. The man was not allowed in to the appointment just because he arrived at the appointment 10 minutes later due to transport. DO NOT go there.

  Since I changed with Mr. Czychi, everything has been wonderful again. Well treated and the team is very friendly. I can only recommend it 👍

  I have been receiving treatment from Mr. Czychi since last year, I am a patient with anxiety and the last time I was at a dentist was probably 5 years ago. I feel very well advised by Mr. Czychi, as I have a lot that needs to be done. During the treatments, he always explains every step in detail beforehand. Also advises on the costs of all the steps that are really necessary. Once you have ordered, you only have to wait a short time. The team is friendly and helpful... Can only recommend the practice.

  I had rather bad experiences there. I was a patient of Dr. for a long time. Rho and was always very satisfied. Since I am a patient with anxiety, I made an appointment there and informed them in advance that I no longer lived in Leipzig and was traveling specifically and that a tooth decay needed to be treated, which was also noted accordingly. I told Mr. Czychi all of this again. He examined me in detail and informed me about various cosmetic treatments or treatments that were not immediately necessary. He then said that there was no longer enough time for the caries treatment and that I would have to make a new appointment, even though the caries was already deep and the treatment was therefore urgent and, as I said, I had come specifically and the appointment had been made accordingly. I had the impression that the focus was more on financial aspects than on how to help me quickly and best. However, the teeth cleaning was good and very informative. Addendum: Mr. Czychi contacted me by phone in response to this review and kindly explained to me that generally for patients who are not yet known to him, the diagnosis is carried out first and a special appointment is made for the treatment. I would have preferred to have received this information when making the appointment. I'm glad that my new dentist handles this more flexibly and allows more time if necessary.

  I have been going to this practice (to Mr. Czychi) for over two years to have my annual check-up and teeth cleaning done. The staff is very friendly and the waiting times are short. The dental professionals do a great job cleaning and explain every step. Absolute recommendation! Mr. Czychi is also a very friendly and knowledgeable dentist. I feel in good hands. All in all great and the price-performance ratio is right!
