::Never seen such an unprofessional team. My father had 13 teeth extracted for the prosthesis. When the prosthesis arrived, it was quickly discovered that the prosthesis for "below" was not sitting properly and was causing wounds. Despite several calls to the practice, he was not given an appointment for an examination - allegedly the CORONA MEASURES are to blame! 😡 This morning at 8:30 am I called the practice again to let them know that my father is not doing well and that he wants to come in. I was told that this was not possible due to capacity and measures and that he should go to an emergency service tomorrow. How can you be so incompetent? The practice is on HOLIDAY from tomorrow and you don't want to treat a patient who is in acute pain ?! When I asked to contact the doctor, I only got the answer; “You can't talk to every patient on the phone”. Personally, I would NEVER visit this practice and not leave a penny there. Oh and don't forget, if he did come by, he'd have to stand outside because he wouldn't be taken inside. The 1 ⭐️ ratings are justified.
