  Definitely this practice is avoided and not recommended. I missed my appointment 1 time last month, then phoned me, apologized and made a new agreement. When I arrived today I had to wait 45 minutes in the waiting room. Then Mr. Zornemann was very rude. I apologized a lot for the missed date, but he was very impulsive until it was enough for me and I asked him if he wants to treat me now or I should look for another dentist. He said that I may go. Very bad service. The lady al the info and the apprentices are very nice.
