::The doctor was nice. Waiting times for an appointment are always over an hour. When I discussed a concern again, I was told I should address it again in the next quarter because they were no longer making money from me. This statement was very disappointing. Staff was quite nice. Reachability by telephone leaves a lot to be desired. I now have a new gynecologist and am very satisfied.

::This was the second time I've been to Dr. Schwind and I am very satisfied. I felt in good hands and was taken very seriously. He is very good professionally, including when it comes to endometriosis. The staff is also really friendly. It's hard to get through on the phone, but which doctor can you get through these days? You can easily make an appointment via Doctolib. I simply wrote an email about an urgent concern, it was answered within 10 minutes and a solution was found.

::The doctor I saw always treated me competently, took enough time and was very friendly and understanding, no matter what the issue. I always went home with a good feeling. In general, I have only encountered friendly staff who try very hard because there is a lot going on in the practice. However, I have had to experience very unprofessional behavior twice. When I went to make an appointment to confirm my pregnancy, I was asked on the phone if I wanted to keep the child!!! At another appointment I needed a sick note because my employer even sent me home because I was sick. The senior's statement: What should I write in the sick note? No desire???? He also informed me that I had perfect iron levels, only to tell me a minute later to take iron supplements, I didn't understand. Furthermore, the waiting times are a disaster! I've never waited less than an hour, even though I always had an appointment. I often even had to wait two hours and got a parking ticket because you are only allowed to park for one hour in the parking lot next door. You were never told why you had to wait so long, even though you are entitled to this information if you wait longer than 30 minutes.

::Dr. Schwind is possibly one of the best doctors I have come across. I speak English and did not face any issues with the doctor. He helped me extremely well during my pregnancy. Extremely soft spoken and I must say he has a very good command on his subject. One of the best doctors in schweinfurt and possibly one of the best that I have met. Thank you Doctor Schwind. I would also like to mention Hebamme Beate. She is super good. She helped me and my baby after delivery with utmost care and affection. The overall staff at praxis is good too. They sometimes don’t speak English but that’s not their problem. Would rate Dr Schwind and the whole praxis 5/5 :)
