::I called because so many reviews on here mentioned that the receptionists and doctor could speak English. I'm still learning German and do my best but while unwell and calling the practice I was disappointed to get a 'Wir sind in Deutschland' response. Did my best to communicate my needs auf Deutsch but recommend that you do not call here if you have the limitation of needing some communication in English. — Edit to include the photo showing the call. This is the experience that I had, the conclusion was that the receptionist in question recommended I contact a practice on Brunnenstraße instead (in German). I’m happy to reach out and try again if you expect my experience would be different.

::Perfect for English speaking tourists and visitors, Dr Voss is really nice and friendly, speaks good English. Receptionists can handle emails in English too. You don't need to be registered or anything in advance, you can email or call to get an appointment and pay cash or on card.

::Really kind and caring doctor, speaks really good English. Yes, sometimes you may have to wait for a bit, but that’s only because he is very thorough and makes sure to give each patient enough time.

::I was there earlier in November checking with the 2 receptionists whether it would be possible to make an appointment to have an influenza vaccination. First they asked if it was my first time seeing a GP and when I said no, my second time, they told me off without hesitation, accusing me of 'switching clinic' . I tried to explain that I am studying in the area and I do not live so far away that is why I would like to do my vaccination here. They told me that I should be seeing a GP in my area. They then went on to tell me that they have absolutely no more slots for a vaccination and told me once again to find a GP area my area. I will not recommend anyone to see a doctor here .

::Update: It turned out to be not a grip or common cold, but mononucleosis infection (I was hospitalized with severe complications after visiting the emergency room). To be fair to Dr. Voß, it was fairly early in the disease when I came to see him, therefore I change my grade, although the diagnosis was not correct. Old comment: The doctor is very friendly, but it didn’t help me. He diagnosed the grip virus (which was at a very early stage, without the major symptoms) and didn’t prescribe or recommend any medicine except for painkillers. Result: I tried to beat the virus by myself, after a week of unprofessional treatment I got a full-blown cold - with dangerous fever, impossible pain in the throat and coughing with blood. I think, i would have been nice if the doctor could dedicate more than 3 minutes to my case and, more importantly, to my TREATMENT.
