  We were just on vacation in Warnemünde, but then got a bad toothache. Luckily I got an appointment straight away on a Friday morning without a long wait. Everyone in the practice was very competent and super friendly! I can only recommend!

  Friday evening emergency dental service :( Great dentist. Unfortunately, my daughter had to get her first filling :( Dr. Kleist explained every single step to her in a child-friendly way, just great. My daughter and I give 5***** :)

  Super nice team around the very nice and competent dentist Dr. Kleist, ideal for “scaredy cats”! Professional teeth cleaning is recommended, I have never received it so intensively!

  + quick appointment allocation in acute cases + competent dentist with knowledge + friendly sister (at reception) - small, narrow waiting room; no entertainment - slightly unfriendly and focused on money In my experience, not suitable for anxious patients. Although I was diagnosed with gum inflammation, it was not treated without natural teeth due to plaque. A second appointment was made, which simply doesn't help me personally as my case is (was) acute. Furthermore, a dentist should be able to respond to fear and still be friendly, competent and accommodating. Only then is someone a good dentist that I trust. In any case, it won't work, except that you can successfully scare away and endanger your patients! Negative! Annotation: The woman Dr. also did NOT recognize a mouth fungus caused by an asthma medication and did NOT comment on the topic of FEAR in her answer. That says a lot.
