::Even though a lot has already been written...: I was already a satisfied patient in the previous practice, but now I am a very, very satisfied patient. The staff is world class! Every single employee is outstanding! Ms. Boll herself is highly competent and (just as importantly) super empathetic. Every detail is discussed in detail in advance and (at least for me) concerns and fears are taken away. Who likes going to the dentist? But visits to this practice are as pleasant as they can be. Thanks for that!

::Yes, I haven't been to the dentist for many years either. The first visit was for the anamnesis, i.e. a thorough assessment of my situation. This included x-rays of some important parts of the teeth in order to make a well-founded statement. And that's the way it was. Everything was explained to me calmly, thoroughly and in a friendly manner and the recordings were discussed with me. This then resulted in the next visit date. After many years, a lot of tartar had accumulated. He had to go. That was pretty tiring, for me and for Dr. But now I'm glad I did it. Of course, a visit to the doctor isn't a vacation on the beach, but here I feel taken seriously, they have time for me, I can ask my questions and get answers that I understand, and I'm always greeted and said goodbye cheerfully. Then a few tips on proper prophylaxis, thank you. A very lovely team! I'll be back!
