  Sehr professionelle Behandlung in kleiner persönlicher Praxis. Ich habe ein Muttermal entfernt bekommen. Die Wunde verheilte sehr schön und ich ersparte mir das Fädenziehen dank eines selbstauflösenden Fadens. Vor dem Eingriff wurde ich umfassend aufgeklärt und gebeten meine Fragen zur Nachsorge nicht zwischen Tür und Angel zu stellen sondern mich erst einmal zu entspannen. Nach dem Eingriff wurde in ruhiger Atmosphäre auf all meine Fragen eingegangen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und habe gleich einen Termin für meinen Freund vereinbart.

  The doctor is competent, but I find the secretary very rude. She speaks english, but just pretends not to speak to. I told her by phone that I do not understand any German, and she kept speaking German to me, and all of this just for booking an appointment. End of the story, she turned off the phone on my face.

  I had never met such an unfriendly and I must say even agressive Doctor in my life. She acted like she was in a hurry the whole time, didn't listen to what I wanted to tell her and minimized what the letter of referal from my family doctor said I had as well as what I tried to explain her. Anyway I left the Praxis completely offended by her comments and her attitute. I didn't had the chance to really explain anything and did'nt even get an explanation of what it is that I have. Only got a receipt with a couple of cremes on it and a bitter taste in the mouth. Such impolite people should'nt be allowed to treat other people. By the way, you also have to sign a document that says that you can only have one appointment in a quarter, otherwise you will be charged extra fees.

  I had an appointed visit at Dr. Smith's praxis today. The desk service was absolutely unfriendly, not even willing to listen to me, because I have a special kind of insurance. My insurance has just the same conditions like a standard german state insurance, and all she had to do is look at it, which the desk woman did not do, because apparently I was looking too suspicious to her. So, I have to confirm the other reviews - this clinic is all about the money, they don't care about your well-being and health. Finger weg von dieser Klinik!
