::Unfortunately, I can't say anything positive about my visit to the dentist. The lady at the front desk was very rude. Also, she ate all the time and spoke loudly condescendingly about other patients who have already left. I had a teeth cleaning and unfortunately I have to say that I have never been informed and treated so incompetently. My gums were bleeding a lot and when I pointed this out to the young women, they got louder and annoyed by my concerns. My teeth still hurt to this day! i will never visit this place again!

::Both secretary’s refused to give me services in English. I asked someone to translate for them but they told him to till me that they don’t accept patients who don’t speak German!!!!
