  After setting an appointment for the beginning of August 2023 and even calling a day in advance to make sure everything was going well (especially since I had specifically blocked off over two hours in my calendar for this), I found that when I arrived( 09/20/23) was told that I didn't have an appointment. This is not only unprofessional, but also extremely frustrating. Time is valuable and I would have appreciated if mine had been treated the same way. I hope the practice gets a better handle on their appointment management in the future, I will seek my dental needs elsewhere in the future.

  Very competent team. Expert and knowledgeable treatment and advice. Alternatives are always presented if several treatment options are considered. From the doctor's side there is no orientation towards possible profit maximization. Very personable and patient friendly! Short waiting times.

  Very competent doctor. Takes a lot of time and explains everything in detail. Working with the team also works very well. You immediately feel comfortable. In addition, appointments are available straight away and with little waiting time. Even for those with anxiety, Dr Licht is the right person to contact. I can only recommend him.
