::Unfortunately I can't write anything positive... On September 23rd the woman had Dr. Simic emergency service. She would be on call from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the practice. I called Ms. Simic at 1:10 p.m. and asked for help because I was in a lot of pain. she was 1. very rude on the phone, as if I had disturbed her. 2. she came. Then I went to the clinic and had a root canal!!! Absolutely anti-social, the behavior of a doctor should be completely different, e.g. wanting to provide help :)

::Dr. Simic was truly the best dentist I could imagine. He always explained his approach in detail and took a lot of time. I always enjoyed going to him, but unfortunately I can no longer do that because I'm moving from Aachen.

::I have never had a dentist who explains everything in such detail and offers all possible options. The patient can truly make an informed decision. In addition, the doctor is always very nice and you immediately feel very comfortable. I would recommend the practice 100%.

::Recomended to expat community. Both dentists speak English( they are couple) and really know what they do. Dr Larisa is amazing with small ppl, specially children who are afraid of dentists . Highly recommend !
