::Recommendations led me to the practice of Dr. Mock became aware. Unfortunately I can't understand the positive reviews, I'm more than disappointed. The lady at the registration desk was very friendly and showed a lot of empathy, the other employees in the practice were rather unfriendly and sometimes short. In a telephone conversation with the receptionist, it was clarified in advance what was going on, how long the appointment would last and what should be done. The doctor obviously had no time and was very brief. Then he walked out of the treatment room without saying a word and sent an MFA into the treatment room, which informed me that the doctor was not at all or even remotely complying with my wishes. After I told her that I didn't agree to that and wanted to keep my appointment, she sent the doctor back to the room. Unfortunately, he again did not respond to my wishes, refused to start the treatment and wanted to make another appointment. Since I wasn't willing to have every wisdom tooth extracted in a single session followed by antibiotics, the doctor became harsh. He couldn't give me a reason why 4 appointments were necessary for 4 wisdom teeth. He also didn't seem to care that I had an intolerance to certain medications. Of course, something can go wrong when making an appointment, that wouldn't have been a problem if I hadn't been portrayed as a liar. Conclusion: portrayed as a liar, treated impossible and apparently my treatment felt too cheap for him, which is why he wanted to do so many sessions. So that was my experience in this practice.

::Neighboring tooth damaged as a result of wisdom tooth surgery. After I mentioned this to the doctor, he didn't want to know anything about it and immediately referred me to the dentist, saying it wasn't his job, he was just pulling. Outwardly friendly facade, which is unfortunately deceptive. From the outside, the treatment of employees also seems highly questionable. Also incredibly rude and rude when you ask for documents (such as x-rays) if you want further treatment elsewhere. Do something good for your teeth and stay away from it.
