  I can only recommend dental surgery in downtown Dortmund. It was quick and easy to get an appointment. The practice is easily accessible in the city center. The treatment was quick, clean and good. Thank you for help.

  I had two appointments within a week. I was there on time for both appointments. At the first appointment I had to wait almost 55 minutes in the waiting room and 15 minutes in the treatment room until the doctor came. At the second appointment I had to wait 20 minutes in the waiting room and 20 minutes in the treatment room until the doctor came. So waiting times when making appointments should be avoided as much as possible. Why else do you make appointments? The young male doctor was too nice and competent, so I can give it a second star.

  I wanted to thank Dr.Herr Atik for his professionalism (tooth extraction) and sensitive attitude towards patients! Good practice, I recommend it!

  Unfortunately I had a very bad experience. I was only here once to get my wisdom teeth checked. My appointment was at 3 p.m. and I was there on time. Unfortunately, I waited exactly “84” minutes. This is not acceptable. I would give zero stars.

  I had 2 wisdom teeth pulled there (a woman's) I sat in the waiting room with anesthesia for 2 hours, so the anesthesia wore off too. There was no question asked, I just went for it and I felt everything without anesthesia. I then had a panic attack and screamed throughout the entire practice. Catastrophe, since then I have had problems with my jaw, my dentist suspects an undetected old jaw fracture. I would give this practice 0 stars!!!
