  Again and again I get the message (could not be delivered) There was always someone there. It is also clear that the drivers do not have a high level of motivation with the payment. Probably some drivers can't read, or just can't read our writing. DPD's customer service is more than inadequate.

  I was expecting a parcel from DPD, a week later a parcel came, but not mine. DPD swapped the address labels and I received a Slovenian package according to the delivery note. My package disappeared and reappeared in Slovakia. It was sent back to me, but the DPD driver couldn't find my street. How is that possible. The package was sent back to the sender by DPD. Absolutely no one can be reached via the hotline. My package is written next to the shipment number Has been successfully delivered. Never again DPD.
