::Super friendly staff, good breakfast with excellent bread rolls from a bakery, top restaurant. Rooms refurbished and relatively spacious. Sauna area nice too. One of the best options for staying in Hanover =)

::Pleasant surprise. Large quiet rooms, convenient situated in downtown Hannover. Friendly staff. Parking OK. Good restaurant.

::Not always friendly service on reception desk. I was offered with rate for another 3 nights, in the same day I have confirmed and they me told that this offer is not existing 😀 and asked me 20-30% more. So I made the reservation via travel agency (website) on even better price than the initial offer. Good location, close to the railway station and possibility to park on some places around of the hotel free of charge.

::Welcomed very warmly after being stuck on a train that didn’t move for 9 hours. Really needed a drink. Pia made me the best negroni of my life. Service 10/10. 🙏🏽

::Good 4 star hotel with all the essentials though nothing special. You will find a comfy silent warm rooms, small gym, sauna and small spa. Note that spa is always overbooked closer to Saturday and not working on Sunday. The only thingy is that its little bit over priced, I think 20-30% leas would be a fair price.
