::This hotel is centrally located and the garage is practical for business people, although you can park outside of the hotel as well. Breakfast i find a bit too expensive and center is easily reache by walking 10 -15 min. there are nice restaurants near the hotel. Room was very nice, quiet and comfortable. Clean and fine. The receptionist always helpfull and supportive.

::The hotel is okay but far from 4 star quality. Mediocre rooms with instant coffee, the world's thinnest pillows and the fact that they still keep up a picture of there spa area despite it being closed for renovations until December 2022 is very deceiving.

::A decent place to stay, though the breakfast is definitely not 4-stars, and it's over priced for the quality provided. The rolls and especially croissants aren't great, not the quality I expected from Europe or a 4-star hotel. Croissants were like American supermarket croissants - pretty bad. The white sausages, which I understand to be a specialty of Wurzburg and was happy to try, were tasteless except for whatever green seasoning is in them. I suppose I can't tell you if that's normal, since I haven't had them anywhere else. Eggs were cooked so long they were practically baked onto the serving container, which is a departure from every other place I've been so far. The Wurzburg honey was really good, though! It's nice that the room has A/C, but it's distinctly European A/C, which means that it doesn't really get all that cool. I end up waking up too hot as usual. But you take what you can get, I suppose. Beds and pillows and the room were comfortable enough. Location is nice, with a short walk to all the sights. Parking is very convenient and reasonably priced, and all the staff were very nice. I would consider coming back, but I will probably skip breakfast in favor of grabbing something on the way to sightseeing and saving the cost.

::Good hotel and well placed for the sights of Wurzburg. The hotel is comfortable and very well maintained. We found the staff and service to be if a high standard. Both the evening meal and breakfast were excellent. The pool although a bit small was good for some morning laps. Unfortunately the sauna was not open. Following an issue about our room booking we found out that we were give the wrong room due to a change in hotel grouping. The issue has not been satisfactorily resolved yet.

::Nice and clean, modern rooms which have a TV, desk and plenty of storage. Staff are friendly and polite, excellent grasp of the English language. Bear in mind that if you park in carpark, you have to pay to park there as it is not free parking for hotel guests. The car park itself is extremely tight to get into but this does not reflect on my rating of the hotel. The lady with blonde hair in the restaurant was fantastic with Gluten free dietary requirements. She was working alone but provided excellent service!
