::The good news first: deposits are possible again. I deposited €950 and received no notice of any fees. Today I was charged €14.25(!) fees (1.5%). If the ATM had informed me of this, I definitely wouldn't have deposited the money. It is clearly stated in the price information, still outrageous, in my opinion.

::Unfortunately, I confirm the existing, rather not so good, reviews about cash deposits at DKB Dresden. My experience today on November 5th, 2023 Dresden, Wilsdrufferstr. 3: Everything works at the machine except for the deposit option, which is why I recorded 100 km of travel. Ergo: Having been with DKB for 30 years, I will probably have to think about changing banks.

::Unfortunately, cash deposits are currently not possible again. I had the same problem last year with the DKB machine in Halle and it took months to get it repaired. Hope it doesn't take that long here. Very annoying to have to rely on such unreliable machines (or there is only one in the city..)

::I wanted to open depot and Girokonto account with dkb. After registering online, I was asked to do postident to verify myself. Unfortunately even a month after this process, I didn't get any confirmation from DKB. When I tried to contact them through email or phone call, I got no response from them. The most bad experience was when I tried calling them, they put my call on mute and no responded for 17 minutes. I didn't expect such an ill-treatment from a reputed bank.
