::The service center was unable to provide any information as to whether the ATM still exists. The only telephone number for this place is lost in the call center, where they had no idea and couldn't help.

::DANGER !!! To all customers and also to the DKB. This machine doesn't exist anymore and has apparently been around for a long time?!🧐🤔 And it looks like the DKB isn't really interested in this, otherwise there would already be a new machine and the next one would be in Leipzig. It would be nice if you had a new one in Halle again, because paying 1.5% if you pay somewhere else is actually ridiculous for the DKB. Because I am actually always very satisfied with the DKB 😉

::It has not been possible to deposit cash here for months. With a total of 17 such machines nationwide, this should be possible. The information from the DKB in response to an inquiry: "Alternatively, you can use our “Cash in Shop” service. Pay amounts between 50 and 999.99 euros per day directly into your account at our partner shops. The deposit fee is 1.5% from the deposit amount." Service is different!
