  Was an emergency patient today,... It doesn't work at all... I'm a scared patient,... The accompanying person is referred to the practice directly at the reception. Ms. Schmidt works (tooth root inflammation) without anamnesis, without anesthesia, without explanation, without consideration. Follow her program, even if you need a break, she continues anyway... I'm sorry, that's not possible... I lay in the chair crying in pain, no emotion from her or the sister, no questions, just carry on worked "in me"... That was the short version...

  I am very happy with the practice! I am the type of anxious patient and I feel very well looked after and always well advised and treated. My fears are understood, patience is shown and what the plan is is announced. The practice team is also very friendly!

  Great team, competent advice! I originally just wanted to get a second opinion, but now I'm sticking with this dentist. Would always move here again.

  Despite the difficult times, they try their best and remain friendly and helpful. I've been treated by Ms. Schmidt all my life and I can't complain. I would recommend it to everyone.

  I had a tooth decay that Ms. Schmidt only became aware of when it was already extremely advanced, even though I go for a check-up at least once a year. The very act of taking the x-ray was very unprofessional. At the first appointment, the image was blurry, which the doctor's assistant noticed when taking the picture but didn't immediately repeat it. At the second appointment, Ms. Schmidt didn't want to fill up the developer in the X-ray machine because she was on vacation from the next day. After the x-ray was finally taken at the 3rd appointment, she did not call me back as agreed to make an appointment to have it removed, although she said she would contact me if the x-ray was abnormal. After 2 weeks I called myself to be on the safe side and found out that it was tooth decay, but I didn't get it until 2 weeks later, i.e. 4 weeks after she found a huge tooth decay on the x-ray and 2.5 months after the first attempt X-ray, an appointment. When I pointed this out to Ms. Schmidt, she rudely told me that I was free to look for another dentist. By now I was in pain. I switched to another doctor who was shocked at the condition of the tooth and had to remove almost all of it. He said that the tooth decay must have been there for at least 5 years and wondered why Ms. Schmidt hadn't noticed it sooner. I was a patient of Ms. Schmidt for 15 years and was actually satisfied for many years, but in the last few years I have also felt her unfriendly side from time to time and often noticed how the doctor's assistant and doctor were upset about patients who had just called with a request or came by when I was being treated. I trusted that the annual check-ups would be carried out carefully and conscientiously and that patients with complaints would be helped quickly and willingly. Unfortunately I was taught otherwise and almost lost a tooth as a result!
