  Conditions have been catastrophic since the move; on Sundays you cannot enter the branch to withdraw money despite having a Sparkasse EC card. Dirty and the parking situation is really bad. Vending machines only work once every 2 weeks.

  I came to the branch 10 minutes before closing time to set up my mobile banking. The staff helped me in a very friendly and stress-free manner. Thanks to the employees.

  Stupid location opposite the old savings bank on the main street. The fact that you move to the snobby tobacco district says it all. And I have no idea what the employee was called today, but calling her “unfriendly” was an understatement. Then just change jobs instead of taking it out on the customers. All reasons to go to the direct bank.
