  The staff here are always very friendly and accommodating. The selection of magazines is also large, I always have certain newspapers ordered and put back and it has always worked reliably so far. The cigars that I treat myself from time to time have always been “fresh”.

  Nice friendly service but no service from the company, cigars bought in boxes and every 2nd cigar has cracks that are not visible to the naked eye (fraying) out of 6 boxes (bought 3 x 2 boxes each) (approx. 2 boxes lost (in order to smoke the cigars at all). In order to be able to, they had to be shortened) after a complaint. The supplier should be consulted. Today I asked again after more than 2 months, no decision and no replacement either. This is an underground business practice. Unfortunately, one star has to be awarded.
