::Had me pressed for a long time, like many. Then came the inflammation. Immediately to Ms. Friedrich. Even though the practice was only open for 3 hours (on vacation next week) I was still pushed in. However, the findings were too severe for the doctor to have done it herself. She immediately took steps to get me to an oral surgeon. TOP ! Been to her before. Very pleasant, empathetic and calm. Likewise the entire team: polite, friendly, accommodating.

::Great practice with a very competent, friendly dentist and a very well organized team. Hardly any waiting times, very good appointments and tracking. Modern practice I would love to come back

::If there were 0 stars, I would have gladly taken them. Was on emergency duty there. Had to wait on the steps in the stairwell for 1 hour even though I called. Another patient after me was allowed to sit in the waiting room and also got his turn before me. Was there with a huge hole in his jaw. Needed a new tamponade with, among other things, zinc. My doctor had specifically told me that without such an insert I would go backwards again in terms of pain. I am from the medical field myself. Every dentist has zinc. Mrs. Dr. didn't feel like it at all. She didn't have zinc and didn't want to tamponate exposed bone. Then I stuffed a strip without anything into half of the wound. Half of the bone was exposed. The pain was so severe that I had to go to another emergency service, who then took care of it properly. Not recommended at all.

::A highly recommended practice - the waiting times are very short, the team is on the ball and well organized. Miss Dr. Friedrichs always makes a very competent impression, and the practice is really nice. I could well imagine that people who would otherwise prefer to avoid the dentist would also feel at home here.
