::I don't know exactly everything anymore, but I want to tell you what I do know so that you don't get ripped off by this clinic too. I have suffered from constipation since I was born and therefore had to go to the doctor more often than other children, for example. When I was 5 years old and I was getting worse again and I couldn't go to the toilet, my mom took me to the clinic there Everyone was very unfriendly and the waiting time was forever. The doctor said I needed to have an operation on my sphincter, which was definitely necessary because my behavior wasn't getting any better, so the doctors operated on me for free, which could have gone wrong. Because things got better, the clinic assumed that my mom had Munchausen Proxy Syndrome and was poisoning me, which of course isn't true. The clinic sent us the youth welfare office, which wanted to remove me, 5 years old, and my brother, 2 years old, from the family. Point 12 became aware of us and made a report about it, which I still have today. My parents saw a lawyer who had the same thing 5 times and in the end we won the fight but I still remember everything and I never want to enter this clinic again. I'm just 12 years old and I still have the problem. Another doctor said that if I had never had an operation it could have all grown together and that I will probably only have this for the rest of my life because of this kh.

::I went to the hospital with my daughter for about 1 year and 8 months. My little one has fiber at 40 ° and has chills and had a high pulse. The doctor who was on call that day. I examined my child and couldn't find out exactly where the fever came from. Then I think I went to the hospital too early and I should rather keep the child at home and it was really very unkind to me personally. I still didn't think it was fair to allow children with such a fever at home if you don't know where the fever comes from and then the little one has it I also got ibuprofen suppositories and the fever got a little better. About minutes later she has a fever again and it can no longer be reduced. I went to the hospital again because my child wasn't eating or drinking and had a fever and the waiting time was over 2 hours. What I don't understand is why the staff is generally unfriendly

::I am with my daughter (3 months) came to kh due to a high fever. The staff was very friendly and was also very satisfied. When I came into the treatment room and about 10 minutes later a very unfriendly doctor came in and unfortunately she examined the little one very roughly and was very rough. Since my daughter is usually very calm at the pediatrician, it was unfortunately the opposite with this doctor. About 5 minutes later they wanted to put a dropper on her and so my little one lay there for over half an hour and suffered because the doctor was unable to give her one To put on droppers, she had punctures all over her body. At the end, after half an hour, I was told that they hadn't made it and that we'd let the dropper go for now. After a pcr test it came out that the little one had covid. They sent me with a 3 month old baby to the adult Covid ward where I was supposed to stay there. My daughter didn't have a dropper and didn't get much help. I was supposed to stay in this ward for a day because the doctor said she didn't have time to write me a doctor's note. I had a 4-year-old daughter at home and since I knew what my baby had, I wanted to go home. I told the doctor if it got worse I would come back because my little one's fever could be brought down with fever suppositories. The doctor became very unfriendly and showed zero understanding and said if I leave now I will never have to come here again and I won't get the doctor's note either. A nurse said to me that because we were sick with covid, a RTW would have to drive us home No one is allowed to pick us up, the doctor thought it was ridiculous, disappeared outside for a moment with the nurse and suddenly they say I have to pay 400 euros for the RTW or someone from the family should pick me up (even though I have covid) This clinic I won't enter again...

::Compared to the Erlangen Children's Hospital, it's great! The doctors and nurses were all very nice to me and also to my little one. He was never afraid and did everything well thanks to the nice and stress-free atmosphere. Many thanks to the garden team for everything!

::Great, empathetic care from the entire team (reception, doctors and plasterers) as part of a fat white plaster treatment. We always felt like we were in good hands.
