::I experience incompetent and unfriendly behavior at this DHL post office. Many people don't seem to know about a nursery. A properly addressed package can arrive wherever it pleases. There are other branches with competent employees. Maybe there's a system to the whole thing... The customers are being bullied. Communication rules seem unknown. Here, as a customer, I speak with the back of my head. They don't want to know anything about opening times either. Unfortunately I have to award a point in order to be able to write a review. What kind of self-image do such employees have? Is there still a personal attitude in today's working world?

::Why does the internet say it's open until 7 p.m. and when you drive to Störpark NMS to Familia the sign says it's only open until 6 p.m.? Customer service looks different. It would be cool if DHL couldn't decide that the opening times are on the display in the store. 😁

::The biggest nonsense!!! The opening times here on the website absolutely do not match the correct ones! So it was already closed and I was told that I could hand the package over at the packing station in front of Famila. I went there and wanted to hand it in, but the machine was out of order even though I was told that everything would work there. So I walked there and back for an hour for free. I've never seen anything like that before, that's the worst thing ever

::Wow! Probably the most unfriendly post office / DHL branch in the area. I've had problems here several times. Arrived today at 2:58 p.m. with prepaid packages. Check beforehand how long the branch is open. Everywhere stands until 6 p.m. Once there, before a greeting and a note that the branch is only open until 3 p.m., there is a statement in an unfriendly tone: "You can stick to the times!". Simply great employees. I took my packages back with me and dropped them off at another branch where you are treated kindly. It's sad that @dhl isn't able to do anything about this, as it's not the first complaint I've heard.
