::The parcel shop is great in my experience. Sure, it takes a little bit longer because the REWE staff have to run it alongside their actual work, but the staff was always nice, polite and offered great service. Because of this, I can't just give 5 stars.

::Since I had no detour and anyway had to go shopping, so I went to this store to send my package. I can understand the stress in the retail industry, but my package was labeled so that what I had inside was fragile. The stressed and annoyed employee ripped the package from my car where it was inside. Then I could wait an eternity for my receipt. Nice that there is a parcel station there but still I will not deliver a package there.
