::Actually great station. The touchscreen has not worked for a few days, but DHL wants to restart it, but it probably doesn't work. The strangest thing is that the hotline doesn't make it or "wants" to note the problem to get a technician, so I should call them again tomorrow. Very unprofessional.

::In itself, I find the service pack station great, however, the users should receive a higher bonus in use, since a lot of work and thus costs of DHL accounts. Also, the station is now too small and packages are housed in a distant station or delivered to the branch. An extension of the station would be more appropriate!
