::Es ist jedesmal nen Chaos, wenn man in dieser Filiale etwas holen bzw. gezwungener Maßen was verschicken muss! Die Mitarbeiter sind lustlos, inkompetent und sehr langsam mit dem was sie tun. Die Warteschlangen sind immer enorm. Auch die Gerätschaften werden nicht immer auf den neusten Stand gebracht. Eine der schlechtesten Filialen in Schwabach. Leider und Schade, da diese Filiale im Zentrum steht...

::Sure, the post office is totally overcrowded at peak times (one point is deducted for that). But otherwise I was served very friendly there.

::Parcels are not found (which actually shouldn't even be brought to the branch, since "delivery" is actually at home). Too little staff for banking, mail and parcel matters and especially for "I bring 100 or more parcels to a branch for large customers". Nobody, really nobody, likes to go there, but unfortunately sometimes you have to - annoyingly.

::3x to the post office and allegedly no package there .. after I was sent away twice in an unfriendly manner, because the search was probably too time-consuming, although I was informed the second time by email that I should pick up my package because otherwise it would be sent back I insisted that it be searched for. The 3rd lady was very eager and lo and behold .. I found it very, very commendable, however, that every time a very polite security at the entrance handled everything very confidently and that, despite the mask and the icy cold, absolutely customer-friendly and very nice. A GREAT PRAISE and RESPECT for this man - THANK YOU!

::Cruel conditions! Particularly striking is an employee (I christened you Miss Sleeping Pill) who walks so slowly through the area that you could easily take off your shoes while walking ... moreover, I could watch live at the front, waiting at the counter, like Ms. Sleeping Pill turns around, just goes and first of all the colleague (who was apparently ill and visiting) had to tell her holiday story ... and that with a queue up to the door !!! Even the pictures of other very dissatisfied customers in the recessions here speak a clear picture!
