  Lost parcel. Tracking number THEY gave me when I shipped package is "invalid". Call customer service they say. Customer service said call local station. Classic DHL.

  the staff are not very helpful, arrogant and interrupting one when telling what the problem is.

  Just visited the Post and found them most helpful. Shipped three boxes back to the US and they were very helpful with forms and supplies. Friendly staff.

  Staff is a disaster. Unfriendly, not motivated, useless. Worst service ever although we are talking simple things like sending or picking packages.
