  Parcel is not delivered at home - the doorbell does not ring, only notes in the mailbox, opening times do not work at all

  The staff is just incompetent and the opening times are a joke. If I didn't have to pick up parcels I would never go there, then something is always broken. I wish you could give a star.

  Actually, this branch didn't even deserve a star !!! I am in a wheelchair and this building is not barrier-free. There is a doorbell in front of the door. The staff doesn't know songs what the sound means or the bell doesn't go! If, after all, you have to wait your opinion openly and extremely you have to be insulted by the staff. This is more than just cheeky and you have to pay for it.

  The only possibility in Zerbst, who wants to post a package in the early afternoon, which is also dispatched on the same day. You only have a time window from 2:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. At other parcel shops, the consignment does not leave the place until the next day. This is out of date.
