  To close a main post 3 days is already a strong achievement. The customers stood speechless in front of a locked door. There was no public information about the closure (eg in the popular vote). The notice on the closure referred only to the 05.09.2019 ... with the reason of a company meeting. Thus one was as a customer of the opinion that one day later the Fiale opens again. But that was a mistake. It is self-evident that customers are annoyed about this situation.

  I have already experienced that the branch was closed but then learn that the employees were not allowed to attach a notification (by gossip - not by the employees). All the time the staff are very fast, friendly and helpful.

  Very bad and unfriendly staff. Ms. Reiter in particular. Letter scale not verified. 1 gram too much. Too much postage is collected. Ms. Reiter doesn't care. The other staff also appear overwhelmed and helpless with additional questions. Very bad and highly provincial! Not recommendable. Branch remains closed without notice.
