::First of all, I would like to emphasize the friendliness of the employees. In my case, the staff always tried to help me. Unfortunately, I had to have some negative experiences that greatly clouded the overall impression. Irregular opening hours: The opening hours of the Starnberg post office are not customer-friendly. This is very inconvenient for me as a customer because I cannot rely on the post office to be open at certain times. Shortage of employees: It seems that the Starnberg post office is understaffed. This leads to long waiting times for customers. Lack of training for employees: Some employees don't seem to have enough training to deal with customers. Employees who suffer from high workloads: Employees often appear stressed and unmotivated. This is probably due to the high workload and understaffing. Employees are not responsible for bad management: I would like to emphasize that the employees themselves cannot do anything about the problems mentioned above. It is management's job to ensure that employees are sufficiently trained and motivated and that opening times are customer-friendly. It's a shame that there are no temporary workers: It's a shame that in today's job market there are no people who can help out as temporary workers. Conclusion: Unfortunately, the Starnberg Post service still has a lot of room for improvement. I hope you take my feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements.

::The tone of the employees is really fundamentally unfriendly. Especially towards older people or people who have difficulty communicating due to language barriers. As soon as you have questions that may be clear to long-time employees of the post office but not to customers, you are addressed as if you should know the answer yourself. For me as a customer and observer of the situations, this was very unpleasant.

::I've been trying to pick up my package since Wednesday, but the branch was last open on Tuesday. Today is Friday and according to the notice from Wednesday it should be open this morning. However, this is not the case! Also completely closed tomorrow. If no staff can be found, then it would be better to replace the branch with more Packstation machines! Such restricted opening hours are not feasible for any customer.
