  I drop off packages and shipments of goods here several times a week and almost never have to wait. There are always large DHL trolleys ready in which you can place your shipments yourself. Opening hours are also great, so the DHL branches can take a leaf out of their own pockets. Open every day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. DHL will probably always come by at 2 p.m. to pick it up. I'm glad that this acceptance point exists and see no reason at all to go anywhere else.

  The service is absolutely bad. You can still understand card payments starting at €5, but the staff lies to your face. I wanted to send a package back and I had to stick the return label on it myself. I asked for some tape and was told they didn't have any tape in the store. In a post office?! I noted that you can tell me if you don't want to give me anything, but you stuck to your lie.

  The worst customer experience I’ve ever received in my life. The employed yelled at me for simply entering the store during opening times. I wanted to send a package but instead he yelled at me for making him do more work. Why does he even work there if he doesn’t want to do his job?? I was with my young daughter at the time too. Absolutely unacceptable to be screamed at like that and treated like dirt. Please hire some new employees! I was there 01.07.2022 at 7:25pm. The shop clearly says it closes at 8:00pm. Update: I went again the next day (02.07.2022). A different man working in the morning was really kind and professional. He should be promoted!
