::Incredibly bad service, unfriendly staff !!!! 4 switches and a maximum of 1–2 occupied. Monday 02/01/21 water damage, nothing was to be seen except smoking employees in front of the door. Customers weren't even allowed to go to the packing station or the ATMs in the anteroom.

::The majority of the employees are very unfriendly. Unfortunately there are no alternatives nearby, but I avoid visiting these post offices. The employees behave impossible towards their customers. They are neither helpful nor particularly nice. Not understandable for me, especially when you are in contact with customers. I prefer to use machines wherever possible. At some point, the employees will notice that their labor is no longer necessary. You rationalize yourself away. A package was also messed up with me. Apparently it wasn't there, but according to DHL it was. If you read the other reviews, I wonder if the whole thing is not systematic. Outrageous.
