  Always long queues no matter what day of the week or what time. Suddenly changed opening times that have not changed either on the DHL pick-up slip or anywhere online. A note is only hanging at the entrance to the finals. At least the staff is friendly and helpful.

  Very bad post office and negative experience. I have 3 packages which arrived in 2 different days. 2 items came first, 1 came later. They mixed 1 item came first and 1 item came later, and refused to give me the other item with the reason: it’s not here yet. WTH??? It’s the same order number, and one arrived and the other one hasn’t? Moreover, the new one arrived and the other old one hasn’t? Eventually, I couldn’t get my packages at all. So frustrated! Don’t go here if you here better choices

  Very nice service. My German isn't good yet. But staff helped me to send envelope and parcel.
