  One of the worst experience with a human being came from a staff member here - extremely rude, some training in kindness or just start with human decency

  Worst customer experience of my life. If every office was like this, deutsche Post would go out of business by the end of the year. Not sure who trained the staff here but they completely missed the customer empathy section. Will never use DHL again. Don't even bother with them.

  Had to wait 45 min to get my parcel while only 2 of 6 counters were manned.

  It must be sad to work for the Deutsche Post. Specifically at this branch office. Google image inefficiency. You'll surely see a couple of impressions of this place.
