::I was in the mailroom at Edeka/OEZ last night and can't understand the previous reviews. The employee was very friendly towards me. If I have to go to the post office, I always go there because it's close and I'm always happy with the service, knowledge and friendliness of the staff.

::After a long waiting time, the lady just claimed that system is crashed so no more post shipping, so she asked everyone to come on next days. Of course it was not the case. She did it for the customers before me. Constructive suggestion: this post station needs to hire more people. The work load is too much for one staff. And the emotional control training is required for the staff!
