::Very, very unfriendly every time, no matter what day or time. Larger packages are not even accepted here due to lack of space. I'd rather give my packages to the delivery person than enter this store.

::Post office not recommended, employee who worked on January 19th, 2022 at 3:56 p.m. sends me away, she has a break right now and won't do that anymore, I should come back tomorrow. The whole thing was done in an incredibly unfriendly tone (shouted at) like I've never experienced from you before. Deutsche Post, can you afford to have such employees work for you? That was a service at the lowest level. I hope the older lady with the black glasses doesn't work there anymore starting next week.

::The last shed... there are four of us in the shop and we don't get anything baked. From 12 noon on Friday, no more packages will be accepted because the warehouse (a shopping cart) is already full. The answer was we are a kiosk and not a post office. It's funny that there's a post office sign hanging at the store entrance...
