  In the branch in Rembrücken I always receive courteous and friendly service. The lady and gentleman are always very helpful. No long waiting times.

  I always come to the small branch in Rembrücken. The lady there is very helpful and friendly. I've never been able to complain. Can't understand some of the negative comments here...I'm assuming that they mean the large post office in Heusenstamm (Frankfurter Str.).

  In this branch you should be frustrated. I would like 4 stamps please. There are (today?) only blocks of ten. The stamp machine outside didn't work on the weekend. Yes, the paper roll was gone. I would like to pick up my package from yesterday. Unfortunately not there today. Her mailbox outside is overflowing. We are only Postbank and are not responsible. I would like to send a package to the USA. Costs 55 euros. Is there no alternative? No. Yes, there are.
