::I have always had good experiences. Super nice people behind the counter, helpful and they explain everything you want to know. I like to submit my changes here, it's always quick and easy. Keep it up!

::Very bad service, unfriendly and disrespectful. I'll never come to this branch again. I also advise others not to visit this place.

::With particular attention to Ms. Dannheim's inadequate communication or similar. Grotesquely bitter, irrational and disinterested. There is basic etiquette when dealing with customers, and 4 days before Christmas, at least the tone of voice should be controlled with subtlety. Ms. Dannheim does not seem to be aware of this. And rejecting a package the size of a hand and the same height during opening hours stoically and without any explainable reasons when asked seems to me to show unprofessionalism. But I'm only 23 and am open to ideas about how I never want to be when I grow up. Merry Christmas to everyone else, certainly very hard working colleagues at the branch that I usually see. (hence 2 stars)

::It's annoying when you arrive with packages to be sent during opening hours and are rudely told off that it's not possible at that time. When, if not during opening hours? And why don't you find out about this online, but only when you're already there?

::Unfortunately, I have to share my disappointment with my recent experience at the Post Office branch. I particularly noticed the employee Ms. Frese negatively. Her dealings with customers leave a lot to be desired - polite communication doesn't seem to be one of her strengths. It is unfortunate that Ms. Frese seems more interested in how she can make customers' lives more difficult than in helping them. Their behavior seems almost didactic and shows little understanding of the customers' needs. It would be desirable if the staff showed more sensitivity and commitment to a service-oriented approach to customers. Overall my experience left a bitter aftertaste and I will not be going to this branch again. I also advise others not to visit this place. It would be wise for the store manager to seriously consider whether Ms. Frese is the right person for this position. Adequate customer service is crucial and staff should help ensure a positive experience for customers. I hope the branch takes this feedback seriously and takes appropriate action to improve.
