::ALWAYS a huge line, only one, max two counters open, randomly just closed sometimes, and yesterday I stood in line for 10 minutes only to spot a sign that said packages from 2 days ago may only be picked up in another day. I honestly don't understand how a company can have consistently terrible service like that.

::Despite there being a Deutsche post literally next to my house, DHL decided to deliver my package at this station. When I went to pick it up the next day they were closed with no reason given. I have to travel extra just to get there for it to be closed. It’s not as bad as Hermes, but it’s getting there.

::I went there the third time today to pick up my package. First time they made a spontaneous strike for multiple days, second time the queue was so long that people were waiting outside, the third time (today) they did yet another strike. Now my package will be sent back to the sender 🤦♂️
