::I had a return that I wanted to hand in. The lady wasn't there and another customer was already waiting. After a short while the employee came. When the lady in front of me was served, the lady behind the counter greeted me with: "Actually, I don't have any room..." After a short discussion, I was able to hand in my return. I understand if there are problems with the packages, but the customer can't do anything about it...pretty unfriendly!
